Ibiza Fitness Food schedules order deliveries as specified at the time of purchase by the consumer. Local orders are hand delivered by Ibiza Fitness Food and will be delivered either Sunday evening / Monday morning or Wednesday evening / Thursday morning depnding on your preference. As our products are perishable, it is vital that someone is available for delivery. If the consumer is not available at the time of delivery, please ensure that either someone is available to receive the goods or please specify a safe place to leave them. If no safe place is specified and no one is available for delivery, Ibiza Fitness Food will leave the goods in a safe place of our choice. Ibiza Fitness Food are not liable for losses of goods once delivered.
Ibiza Fitness Food is not responsible for customers not being available for delivery.
We take every precaution to ensure our meals are delivered as practically as possible, however if at any point you are not satisfied with the quality of your goods, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
Cancellation of your subscription requires a minimum of 30 days notice.
Refunds cannot be made if the customer cancels their order after this deadline as the raw materials and supplies will have been purchased at the cost of Ibiza Fitness Food.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product or there are any issues with meals please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product, this is our “reasonable time” period. Anything outwith this will not be considered due to the shelf life of our product.
IFF does not accept liability for any damages or breakages during transit/delivery process.
Any breakages caused by delivery couriers must be reported within 48 hours.
IFF will replace any meals damaged in transit. IFF does not refund meals damaged during transit.
We handle Most allergens in our kitchen in every menu (celery, Crustaceans, egg, fish, lupin, milk, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds). Although we do take care with keeping our meals separated they could be cross contaminated in any of our meals at any time. We advise if you have any serious allergies to these groups of foods please do not order as your health will most definitely be at risk.
ROLLING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY (REFERENCE TRANSACTIONS)
By selecting this option the customer agrees to let Ibiza Fitness Food debit funds from the buyer’s account on a rolling weekly basis. The buyer must log into PayPal once to agree, but after that, PayPal does not require the buyer to log in. This agreement represents a billing agreement between Ibiza Fitness Food and the buyer.
Ibiza Fitness Food can also change the subscription amount to be debited from the customers account if more or less is required and will only be at the customers discretion.
Subscriptions are debited on a weekly basis and will remain on-going until otherwise specified by the customer. Cancellations MUST be made on, or prior to the Wednesday before delivery the following Sunday. The cut off time for cancellations is 2PM Wednesday.
